Material Composition:
EnviroBoardTM is produced from responsibly sourced American cellulose fiber. It is also available with a blend of post consumer waste to provide the end user with a maximum sustainability proposition, without the traditional sacrifice in image perfection. We use locally sourced eco-friendly materials and manufacture our product here in the US with enhanced carbon capture on the production machine to minimize the carbon footprint

EnviroBoardTM is a bright white paper based coated composite that allows you to maximize your color gamut and increase the pop of your image. It is engineered to afford broad based printer and ink compatibility across virtually all digital printing platforms. It is a time tested fact that ink loves paper, and our board construction is no different. When you combine the optimum bright white image surface, with other advanced physical performance properties of our paper based solution, we can eliminate the need for plastic, styrene, or expanded vinyl chloride alternatives! Graphic Display Board and Signage Storage & Maintenance Guidelines
- Store the product flat, off the floor, and on pallets or shelves protected from moisture, extreme temperatures, and high humidity.
- Handle boards carefully, keeping them secure in their original packaging until ready to use.
- Optimal storage temperature is from 66 – 78 degrees F (19 to 26C)
- Optimal storage relative humidity is 35 to 55%. Exposure to prolonged humidity variations outside this range, and within the original packaging, can usually be mitigated with extended conditioning time.
- EnviroBoard is a natural cellulose based paper board, proper conditioning in advance of printing is essential to maximizing print performance and board lay flat through your process.
- Place the product, in its original packaging, in the print area
- Remove all stretch wrap, but do not cut the bands holding the board to the skid
- Allow the board to acclimate for 24-48 hours before printing
- After 24-48 hours, remove all remaining packaging
- Print as you will
- If you intend to pause the job or relocate the remaining unused boards to storage, please replace the skid topper or place a sheet of plywood over the top of the skid to mitigate potential moisture loss.ng or the top protection on the skid
